#231 Adventure

A painting of still, clear water produces a wonderful sense of quietness.
We all need stillness – time to reflect, evaluate, ask ourselves where we are up to.
As I contemplated at this subject I loved the feeling of peace, but I kept seeing potential, - way beyond the limits of the canvas. I also thought of the quiet, inner promptings of God, inviting us, challenging us to trust Him, to venture beyond what is known and familiar. “Come, follow Me,” the semi hidden words of Jesus, are being heard and obeyed by more people round the world than ever before.
That’s why I named the little boat, ‘Adventure.’
